James D. Meindl was awarded the 2016 Monie A. Ferst Award at a private dinner on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at the Four Seasons Hotel. Attendees included Sigma Xi Georgia Tech Chapter President Paul Kohl and Georgia Tech College of Engineering Dean Gary May. During the dinner, the introduction of the James D. Meindl President’s Scholarship Endowment was announced.
The James D. Meindl Distinguished Lecture was held the following day on Monday, May 22, 2017 in conjunction with the IEN Technical Conference at the Marcus Nanotechnology Building on the Georgia Tech campus.
